Return Policy & Exchange Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply send it back within 30 days and we'll refund the full cost of the item. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact email@example.com to arrange a product return.
If you wish to exchange your item for another product available on our store, please email your query to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to accept exchanges as long as the product is in its original packaging and has not been opened or damaged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item unless the product is defective - in which case we will arrange collection. Delivery costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an order valued over NZ$75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to factors that are outside of our control.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.
