Honey is honey right? We say NOT QUITE. Raw, pasteurized, liquid, thick and how about taste? Think single origin pollination bee honeys. From Northland Pohutukawa coastal native flowers, Waikato lavender farms, to Central Otago wild thyme.

Simon's Philosophy is a simple one. Food is fun. Food is the foundation of life. Food is for sharing and connections. (Whanau, friends, strangers). Additionally, he is also passionate about supporting the community by sponsoring local fun run events and contributing to mental health initiatives through ‘The Nutters Club’.

Minimal Processing / Sourcing
Beebro uses a small-scale packing house in Waipu (Northland), tailor-made to minimise waste and pack honey with a gentle heat, without destroying the natural health properties that make Raw Honey so special.
When we're not packing the honey ourselves, we collaborate with a select group of like-minded, best practice beekeepers who prioritise healthy, productive colonies.
We carefully source honey from the best floral regions for each variety like Canterbury for Clover and Rangitoto Island for Pōhutukawa - ensuring our bees gather nectar from the most ideal natural environments.
